Fabrication and delivery for 12" and 14" Pile Repairs. Bump-Formed 1" plate to 1/8" bigger than outside diameter of existing pile. 1 1/4" and 1 5/8" top plate, with 3" diameter pins.
Atlantic City Country Club - Carport Solar Project
Northfield, NJ
12" Steel piles cut off to correct elevation, 1" steel plates welded to piles with stiffeners and Nelson Studs. Columns welded to 1" plate, with 1/2" plate wrapped around base of column for added strength.

Route 47 Temporary Bridge Beam
Big Timber Creek in Westville, NJ
Two W36x262 beams spliced from 70' to 92' long. Stacked on top of each other, with 450 - 7/8" diameter bolts. Beam was sandblasted and painted.

After fabricating and erecting structural steel and stairs for the addition to the country club, we were hired to make these custom railings. They are constructed from aluminum and powder coated white to protect them from the elements. The inserts were custom cut on a plasma table to suit the customer's needs
